Scottish comedian Frankie Boyle explores his home country as he sets off on his first stand-up tour since 2012. Meeting a variety of people along the way, and sharing his original and hilarious perspectives, he examines the country’s language, creativity, landscape, and its unique communities.
Taking in glorious scenery, key landmarks, and Scotland’s major cities, he meets a hermit, tours a commune, and discusses Mary, Queen of Scots with a historian. He also learns about battle re-enactment, chats with refugee activist Amal Azzudin and spends time with famous crime writer Val McDermid.
