Six children are transformed into Hero Squad cadets and undergo a rigorous training programme alongside real life-savers. Under the watchful eye of presenter Rav Wilding and closely supervised by experienced mentors, these six wannabe heroes have the experience of a lifetime. In just 48 hours, the Hero Squad cadets have to learn the skills and techniques to cope with a “real life” rescue scenario. This sees our teams dealing with a man overboard at sea, casualties on a cliff, fires, civilians lost on mountains or injured in caves. Can the Hero Squad cadets master the skills of their adult counterparts and 
prove that kids are capable of saving lives?
